Job Title: Process Associate/ Analyst

Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Philippines

Role Overview:

The process Associate/ Analyst is an entry level position with minimum graduation qualification, Should be willing to get trained in Insurance field. They can design solutions to those potential problems. Organizing and executing administrative tasks across multiple computer programs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct the given tasks efficiently.
• Customer engagement.
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues by keeping supervisors in loop

Skills and Competencies

• Candidate should be any Graduate or a Post Graduate (Non-technical)
• Excellent command over English (comprehension and written).
• Good academic record (50% or above).
• Should have 1-2 yrs of experience in Insurance domain
• Open to rotational shifts.
• Ability to work in a team and exhibit collaboration.
• Should be able to adapt to organizational changes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
• The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.
