This is a specialised Sales Executive role focused on driving sales growth, The role includes both new business development and account growth, requiring a deep understanding of the stakeholder engagement, and complex procurement processes. We are looking for a Senior Technology and Digital Sales / Account a specialized skillset is paramount, heavily weighted towards deep relationship building and intricate industry knowledge. Success in this domain relies less on transactional sales tactics and more on becoming a trusted advisor and navigating a complex ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales activities from pipeline development through to offer sign-off, targeting both new and existing accounts.
- Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with capability needs and procurement timelines, building a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute value-driven win strategies and tailored value propositions addressing operational challenges and priorities.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, technical stakeholders, and procurement leads.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and Defence hierarchies, balancing competing priorities across multiple internal and external players.
- Lead business development campaigns within target Defence organisations and manage internal Atos stakeholders throughout the sales and bid lifecycle.
- Submit accurate sales forecasts and ensure CRM and Salesforce tools are consistently maintained.
- Supervise the pre-sales process, ensuring proposed solutions are compliant.
- Support development of tender responses and commercial proposals with a deep understanding of contract frameworks.
- Provide specialist knowledge in areas such as Application Modernisation, Cloud, Cyber, and Digital Transformation aligned to Defence modernisation initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term account growth by positioning Atos as a trusted partner.
Required Skills & Experience:
Stakeholder Management:
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, including technical teams, procurement officers, and senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt across civilian and uniformed audiences.
Sales & Technology Knowledge:
- Experience in technology and digital services sales, especially in complex, long-cycle environments.
- Strong capability in identifying client challenges and translating them into tailored, technically sound solutions.
- Subject matter knowledge in Application Modernisation, cloud platforms, cyber, data, and digital transformation technologies.
- Skilled in sales planning, forecasting, proposal development, and contract negotiation within Government frameworks.

Requirements:
- Experience with public cloud platforms and good technology understanding.
- Experience in sales of solutions for application modernization. Knowledge about application modernization applications and application development - Subject matters expert in the field of application modernization.
- Ability to identify and qualify opportunities and propose solutions that align with customer needs.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding their business challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
- Awareness of industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position modernization solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to identify customer pain points and propose proper solutions.
