We are looking for a Solution Architect (m/f/d) in Zagreb, Split, Osijek, Croatia remote to join our existing team.
As Software Engineer you will be responsible for analysis of needed/useful functions and how to integrate it into existing architecture.
Key responsibilities:
- Architecture and development for Apache Solr
- Backups and restore
- Development of new features
- Data synchronization between different sites using Kafka
- Maintenance
- Tooling development (DB-Browser based on Python)
- Reporting development with focus for a PRODUCT (means most of the things should be configurable to be used for different customers and needs)
- Java Development and customer interaction for REST-API development
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in computer science, business informatics or mathematics
- Architecture
- Docker
- Kafka Basics
- Java
- Database Basic Knowledge, NoSQL, Apache Solr (optional)
- REST-API Knowledge
- Python for DB-Tool
- Basic understanding for Reports and Layouts
- Independent and result-oriented work, analytical skills, a structured and solution-oriented working methods and accuracy
- English min. level B2, Croatian native
