We are looking for: JAVA Software Team Lead (m/f/d) in Zagreb, Split, Osijek, Croatia remote to join our team to help us build cutting-edge applications for our next-generation Identity as a Service product.

As a part of our team you will be responsible for delivering a state-of-the-art European new generation of Evidian’s Identity Governance solution, praised by customers and analysts.

You will be working on key components of the Evidian SaaS product and introducing new fundamental capabilities with world-class teams who have a real passion for software engineering and delivering features that maintain strong access security and privacy guarantees to end users.

You will be expected to own, drive and execute the full software development cycle - from the ideation, design, implementation, to testing and measuring the success of the feature you develop.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with software development in Java, Angular, AngularJS, Spring Boot, JPA, Rest, HTML, CSS, Typescript etc.
• 5+ years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• Advanced experience with Cloud, Microservices and Containers is a must.
• Team Lead experience

Preferred requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
• 5+ years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, and/or experience with compute technologies, storage
• Experienced in designing, implementing and operating highly scalable web services
• Resourceful in excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative as you excel in a multi-functional organization through clear communication, consistent delivery and relationship building
• Curious in the desire and aptitude to independently learn
• Self-directed in the ability to drive a project from a simple idea to production
• User-focused in the user experience and the privacy of data come first
• Track record of building complex and delightful Software-as-a-Service applications and user-facing systems for Identity and Access Management as a Service
• Proficiency in back-end and/or front-end programming languages
• Experience with UNIX systems and a deep understanding of operating system fundamentals
• Understanding of TCP/IP suite of protocols
• Excellent analytical, programming and debugging skills
• Attention to detail, creativity, passion for one’s work and excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate while driving multiple projects across teams
• Obsessively passionate and inquisitive, seeking to tackle problems in innovative ways
• Laser-focused on the smallest details that are meaningful to our customers.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) and Croatian are mandatory
