As a Treasury Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in managing treasury operations, supporting business performance, and partnering closely with finance leaders across the organization. This role offers strong exposure to group-level finance, cross-entity collaboration, and strategic decision-making.
Role & Impact
In this position, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing key treasury activities, ensuring strong liquidity management, accurate forecasting, and high-quality financial reporting for the entities in scope. You will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, supporting both regular and ad hoc analysis that drives business performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and consolidate cash flow forecasting and reporting, proactively identifying liquidity and collection risks.
- Prepare and deliver net debt and overdue reporting, providing clear analysis and actionable recommendations to Group Treasury.
- Review, validate, and enhance treasury data from multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement in data quality.
- Partner with CFOs, treasury accountants, and finance teams across locations to support operational needs and optimize working capital.
- Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and participate in treasury and process optimization initiatives.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including account administration, credit lines, guarantees, and contractual conditions.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance or treasury, with a solid understanding of financial statements.
- Strong systems knowledge, including SAP and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
