Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Tooling & Data Transformation Expert to enable data-driven decision‑making, standardized tools usage, and automation of reporting and controls. You will be reporting to the Operations/Transformation leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse "tools" across Atos & Eviden and ensure proper approval process along the chain for both
• Define and maintain the tooling landscape supporting Operations, Quality, Finance, and HR domains
• Ensure data consistency and integration across tools (ERP, HR, Project systems, reporting platforms)
• Drive standardization of tools, KPIs, and data models across Business Lines and countries
• Automate data collection, reporting, and analysis processes to reduce manual workload
• Support predictive analytics and advanced modelling (e.g. attrition, cost optimization, delivery risks)
• Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with group standards
• Act as interface between IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and Transformation teams for tool evolution
• Identify and deploy AI / advanced analytics use cases to improve operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or tooling/automation roles
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL)
• Proven ability to standardize processes, tools, and KPIs across teams or functions
• Experience in data integration, data quality, and governance practices
• Strong stakeholder management
• Experience driving automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort
• Exposure to advanced analytics / AI use cases is considered an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
