Atos has created a Human Resources Global Shared Services Center (HR GSSC) in Sofia with five streams: Workforce Management, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and Personnel Administration, and Recruitment.

Currently there is an opening for the position of Performance Management Support, based in the Global HR Center of Excellence in Sofia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare & issue regular Career Management Newsletter - bring together relevant content, collect information from stakeholders, arrange, redact & share newsletter via the respective communication channels, collect & analyze feedback
  • Coordinate Career Management webinars for All Employees and specific topics webinars where applicable – collect & update slides & materials, create and communicate events, collect & analyze feedback;
  • Build content for MyFuture at Atos community;
  • Prepare slide decks with Key people key information;
  • Update of trackers, KPIs & profiles concerning key people, support key people splits;
  • Support change boards – prepare updates and collate relevant information, share outcome with stakeholders;
  • Run Hands Up program – share information to newly registered employees including active job opportunities, update respective trackers and share information with relevant partners;
  • Support Key People SPOCs upon request;
  • Career Management chatbot maintenance.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Human Resource field and good understanding of Human Resources policies/strategies and processes will be considered as an advantage;
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Understanding of French or German - B1/B2 level
  • Having worked in sophisticated culturally diverse environments;
  • Experience with supporting the design, deployment and management of (talent) programs will be considered as a strong advantage;
  • Experience of working in the IT industry is an advantage;
  • Proven experience of collaborating in a small team in a pressured work environment;
  • Flexibility and positive approach;
  • Experience at handling interactions with Senior Management level staff.
