Role Description:
As a Specialized Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and fostering growth by nurturing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with management to identify target clients and gain an in-depth understanding of Eviden’s products and services. Your responsibilities will also include market research, budget preparation, trend analysis, and delivering accurate sales forecasts to support business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and capture qualified leads across multiple channels, converting them into viable business opportunities; Taking responsibility for validating the potential of leads and ensuring they progress through the sales pipeline effectively.
- Sales & Client Management:
Engage with medium to enterprise-level clients, tailoring solutions to their needs and managing deals from initial contact to closing. - Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring accurate data and pipeline progression. - Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with various departments to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives. - Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct research to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, using insights to inform business strategies. - Competitive Analysis:
Evaluate competitors’ strengths and weaknesses to refine sales strategies and gain a competitive edge. - Networking & Relationship Building:
Build and nurture relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to generate new business.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven sales experience in the technology industry, with a solid understanding of trends, services, and products.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced market.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify needs and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
