We’re looking for a passionate ServiceNow HR Technical Expert to help improve the employee experience across global engagements. You’ll play a key role in designing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities to streamline HR processes, improve service efficiency, and drive measurable business impact.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize HR workflows, SLAs, and service catalog items.
- Implement and enhance HRSD modules including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding & Transitions, etc.
- Administer and maintain the platform (enhancements, upgrades, ATF/testing, governance).
- Build and publish insightful HR dashboards and Performance Analytics.
- Partner closely with HR Shared Services and Local IT teams for requirements gathering, sign-offs, and project updates.
- Leverage AI capabilities (AI Search, Virtual Agent/NLU, Now Intelligence) to increase deflection rates and accelerate case resolution.
- Maintain strong documentation and ensure change control compliance.
Job Requirements:
- ServiceNow CSA certification with hands-on HRSD configuration experience.
- Strong understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, Employee Relations, Policy & Knowledge Management.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
- Familiarity with change management processes; ITIL knowledge preferred.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills in global environments.
