In this role, you will manage complex order workflows, ensure accurate processing in ERP systems, coordinate with multiple teams, and maintain strong communication with customers and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate Sales Orders in SAP, including order entry, updates, and confirmations.
- Request SO creation upon PO reception and issue order acknowledgments to customers.
- Monitor order status with production and scheduling teams and coordinate delivery dates.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order progress, delays, or changes.
- Follow up on Purchase Orders and ensure all internal systems remain accurate and up to date.
- Execute timely and accurate invoicing and ensure correctness of financial data (costs, revenue, backlog, WIP).
- Support forecasting and closing cycles (month‑end, quarter‑end, year‑end) with order‑related inputs.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, corporate policies, and accounting standards.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
- Act as a point of contact for Business Analysts and assist with more complex operational topics.
- Provide support and backup to the direct superior when required.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Languages, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (required).
- Experience working in a shared services or multinational environment is an advantage.
- Strong ERP/SAP system knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and understanding of order‑to‑cash workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and customer‑focused approach.
Languages: Fluent in French and English
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting end‑to‑end financial processes.
- Familiarity with forecasting, reporting, or operational dashboards.
