We’re looking for a Senior Financial Controller for North America who can bring structure to the financial universe and confidently juggle budgets, forecasts, and reports.

You will assist in improving processes for the global finance community through standardization and automation for one of our business lines. You will be in charge of analyzing the data flow and functionality from SAP/ other reporting systems as well as handling basic accounting principles. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Perform detailed cost analysis to identify trends, key variance drivers, and cost‑saving opportunities
• Have full P&L responsibilities
• Cover the international flows for the entire finance cycle
• Monitor and control costs, ensuring alignment with budget and financial objectives
• Prepare and present insightful financial reports to senior management, including clear recommendations and actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal controls
• Partner closely with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to optimize cost control and improve financial performance
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness

Job Requirements:

• Educational background in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and critical thinking
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Time management skills and autonomy in handling standard work tasks
• Strong proficiency in SAP and Excel
• Knowledge of Power Query / Power BI is a strong advantage
• Fluent English (mandatory), Spanish is a plus, but not required
