Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Senior Financial Controller to join our team! You will be part of the Controlling & FP&A team on a global position.
We seek an expert who can process and turn financial data into meaningful reports and strive to support Finance Leaders with decision making! This position works closely with Finance Executives and key members of various organizations within the company. Running ad hoc reports to ensure that additional analyses can be performed as the need arises is another scope of the role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Controlling of indirect costs for all regions in Eviden on a global level
- Assist with accurate monthly analyses of the forecast vs. actual results and planning for future forecasts
- Deal with monthly closing activities of indirect costs
- Prepare analysis to identify cost drivers and trends
- Critical thinking evaluation of existing processes and encourage optimization
- Ongoing optimization and improvement of reporting data sets
- Proactive creation, development, improvement, stabilization of new processes
- Driving positive process automation and optimization
- Direct contact person to stakeholders, sales and marketing teams
Job requirements:
- BS/BA or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or advanced degree
- Proven track record of working experience in financial controlling.
- Experience with senior stakeholder management and business partnering
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel)
- Solid knowledge of SAP systems or similar ERP
- Ability to prioritize and problem solving skills
- Time managements skills and autonomy in handling standard work tasks
