Join us as a Senior Finance Controller and play a key role in shaping financial performance across our Global IT organization! You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive budgeting, cost efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for IT Geographies Regional Heads on financial performance, budgeting, and IT finance topics
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across regions in scope (currently EMEA), including monthly actuals review
• Partner with Regional Heads and Finance teams to manage cost controlling, budgets, and forecasts
• Provide clear insights on cost drivers, challenging stakeholders to improve efficiency and value
• Implement financial models defined by the CIO Office and Finance across regions
• Support investment requests and internal financial approval processes
• Support procurement and intercompany processes
• Deliver KPI and management reporting, including visibility on IT projects and integration costs
• Identify and drive process improvements through automation and AI

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in cost controlling in a multinational environment
• Experience managing internal IT or similar support function budgets
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
• Hands-on experience with SAP (Controlling, GL, Reporting, Procure-to-Pay)
• Advanced Excel and strong BI/reporting skills
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
