For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC), located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Be accountable on a specific scope for project controlling in adherence with corporate reporting and local compliance requirements. Act on this scope as a business partner with operations.
  • Contribution to key strategic and commercial decisions and planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to drive long term performance.
  • Contribution to vendors financial support/ELA activities, key global contract support.
  • Support on various Cloud/AWS-topics, special projects.
  • Monthly closing activities in SAP/Nessie for Corporate topics.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of consolidated and practice level P&L results, comparing budget and forecast targets as well as previous outcomes.
  • Excellent IFRS knowledge and application experience.
  • Develop effective partnerships and relationships with virtual finance teams and key stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of expectations, demands and internal processes.
  • Actively look for ways to challenge the costs that are incurred in the service organization.
  • Daily contact with executives across the service organization to ensure the financial impact of decisions are fully understood.
  • Detailed analysis of departmental performance and cost drivers.
  • Support the development of new business initiatives, including the financial analysis of new business proposals.
  • Analyzing, strategizing, and monitoring of on-going projects.
  • Recognize problems, implement solutions and drive business performance.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • BS/BA and Master in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance or ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Finance.
  • Project controlling in IT or large project driven activity mandatory.
  • Listed company experience mandatory.
  • Proven track record of business partnering.
  • Ability to influence senior management to consider key financial issues within the business.
  • Excellent business orientation, with understanding of key drivers, issues, constraints etc. of the business.
  • Ability to understand/deal with complex issues and ambiguity and implement practical and innovative solutions to problems.
  • Strong financial analysis background.
  • Driver of change and constantly looking for improvements.
  • Pro-active behaviors that demonstrate initiative and positive work ethic to ensure activities are delivered to the required time, budget and quality.
  • Strong planning and prioritizing according to business needs.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in French will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
