Senior Accounts Receivables with German

For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC), located in TSUM Business Center Sofia Bulgaria, we are looking for а Senior Accounts Receivables with German.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all payment entries of various bank accounts are booked
- Responsible for monitoring and actively managing cash balances on bank accounts to meet given goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Maintain zero balance accounts
- Review and record manual invoices and remittance advice
- Acting as a first-line expert for queries related to vendors/customers/ inter companies/General ledgers bookings and clearings, Netting, received or outgoing payments, tax deductions, WHT, etc.
- Provide ongoing support for various departments - Accounting, Controlling, Order processing, Tax department, Treasury, Credit Control, Business,etc.
- Contact person for Cash Accounting team
- Monitoring of bookings
- Handing over booking instructions and payment advice
- Participate in system updates, enhancements, and process improvements
- Process Insolvency proceedings and correctly assignment of money received from debt collection agencies
- Reconciliation of GL accounts in the area of cash accounting / AR and closing bookings
- Monitoring of reconciliations
- Providing data into Closing File (document share point for closing and audit)
- Answering questions from German auditors
Requirements:
- BS/BA or advanced degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance or related;
- Experience in Cash Accounting / AR Accounting
- Basic understanding of general ledger and closing
- Knowledge in English and German in both verbal and writing skills;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, SAP, and Accounting;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent detail orientation skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Time Management skills / Meeting Deadlines;
- Works independently and effectively but also reliably in team and with other teams
- Ability to work on own initiative;
- Ability to prioritize own and common deliverables;
