Job Summary:
We are looking for an expert to join our team as a Senior Accounts Payables Specialist. You will have a controlling and supporting role, ensuring that the established processes are followed. This position is responsible for timely resolving of the queries, dealing with routine and non-routine issues and tasks and suggesting areas for improvements.
Job Responsibilities:

- Dealing with the controlling and processing payments to suppliers, controlling of bank details, master data details and approval of payment process.
- Maintaining vendors and special accounts, as well as controlling critical vendors.
- Preparation of weekly cash our report while ensuring that queries are resolved on a timely basis and in accordance with KPIs.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on accounts payable matters.
- Clarification of return payments, direct debits and cacellation of incorrect payments.
- Dealing as second level support on non-routine accounts payable issues for Germany/Austria.
- Suggesting areas where performance improvements could be made and discussing them with the team leader.
- Supporting the team leader in achieving the strategic projects and goals of the company.
Job requirements:

- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in English and German language.
- Advance knowledge of MS Office suite, SAP and Accounting.
- Solid knowledge of data entry and excellent detail orientation skill.
- Good time management skill and ability to work well within a team structure.
- Ability to prioritize own and common deliverables.
