Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial analysis and control
- Responsible for the recurring and ad-hoc reporting of the entity in scope
- Review of P&L and BS statements of the entity in scope
- Drive various initiatives for optimization of financial performance
- Month-end closing activities
- Provide expert financial and accounting advice to local stakeholders and other departments
- Apply critical thinking and challenge the inputs of the others
- Proactive development/ improvement/ stabilization of new processes
- Drive constant process automation and optimization
- Direct contact person to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/ economics/ business administration (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- 4+ years experience in Finance (experience in Controlling is a strong advantage)
- Fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading); Advanced Excel skills
- Proactive person with a strong drive to learn and advance in the area of Controlling
- Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Self-driven, well-organized, ability to prioritize
- Willing to drive continuous improvement
- Ability to establish logic links among different data sources
