For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC) (part of Unified Communication and Collaboration - UCC division) located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for SAP-Competence Center (Nessie-CC) Time management Specialist. 

 

Job Description:

 

  • Test developed / implemented customizations in ERP system (test / production system).
  • Contact person for business units and HR on relevant master / transaction data in SAP-HR system.
  • Close cooperation and consulting with HR on the implementation of GBV/ BV into the SAP-Nessie system. Often very short-term implementation of new regulations in SAP Nessie.
  • Deep knowledge of the different company agreements within GBU Germany.
  • Close cooperation with SAP Consultant regarding changes in ESS-Time.
  • Execution of month-end closing activities in the O2C environment, including comparison of HR master data for changes in the cost center at the turn of the month.
  • Automatic adjustment of info types for ESS recording, travel expenses, cost rates and reassignment of overhead PSP elements for all GBU companies.
  • Perform mass data changes in the ERP systems.
  • Execution of queries, reports on request of the operative units
  • Independent coordination with Controlling on regulations regarding cost rates for employees of all GBU companies and maintenance of master data in Nessie
  • Annual build-up of quotas for vacation, severely disabled leave, AZV days in cooperation with HR.
  • Monthly accrual calculation for vacation and various other evaluations
  • Monthly sickness report, reconciliation with SAP-Nessie, if necessary, adjustment/cleanup of master and transaction data
  • Daily - processing of requests (including Nessie CC HR mailbox) regarding employee master data entry, exit, transfers, parental leave, sabbatical, hour corrections, corrections AZV days, etc. Independent recognition of errors and their correction
  • Collaborate in migration projects regarding HR master data related to ESS-Time, account assignment on WBS elements and “Leave”.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Good knowledge of the Atos business model and group structures, very good knowledge of the Atos reporting system, the general works agreements/works council agreements on the subject of time recording, account assignment to WBS elements and regulations on leave/ZV specifically for the HR module, PS.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel, good knowledge of English.
  • German language is a must due to works council agreements are written in local language.
