Responsibilities: 

 

  • The position covers participation in projects and application support in the area of master data management in SAP S/4 HANA systems.
  • Project work
  • Application support based on agreed customers SLA (Service Level Agreement). 
  • Understand and follow the incident, change, and problem management process
  • Deliver investigation and resolution of MDM issues (incident requests)
  • Fulfill standard operational changes (service/change requests)
  • Preparation and update of user documentation
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward system improvement/enhancement.

 

Required skills: 

 

  • University degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or other technical education
  • Technical experience - customizing in SAP MDG systems is a must.
  • Experience with SAP systems is a must. Preferred areas of previous technical experience are Master data management of Customers/Vendors/BPs, LSMW creation, Queries design in SAP S4HANA or SAP ECC, Implementation, and support of MDM/MDG tools (SAP MDM/MDG, Informatica MDM, etc).
  • Business process awareness in the respective area of experience;
  • Experience with Data Modeling in MDG (workflows);
  • Experience in the integration of MDG with other SAP and non-SAP systems;
  • Very good understanding of technical requirements;
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;
  • Experience in working with MS Office in particular Excel (advanced Excel skills are a plus)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Fast learner, pro-active attitude, and team player
  • SAP MDG 100/200 certification will be considered a strong advantage
