SAP Logistics Execution Application Specialist

We are looking for a SAP Logistics Execution Application Specialist to join our team.

The position covers delivery of business applications support in an enterprise IT environment and resolution of application errors and operational changes mainly in SAP S/4 HANA system for the following areas: Logistics Execution (Warehouse & Distribution management). The application support is based on a ticketing system and requests from end users and is organized on a 24/5 basis.

The position requires regular communication with: 1st level of support - Business/Key users - Third-party vendors

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for SAP and non-SAP business applications, ensuring their accessibility and performance on a 24/5 basis

• Deliver investigation and resolution of application errors (incident requests)

• Execute standard operational changes (service requests)

• Project work, delivery of new business functionalities or applications

• Preparation and update of technical documentation and mentoring of new team members

• Understand and follow the incident, change, and problem management process

• Work under deadlines (Operational Level Agreements and Service Level Agreements)

Required skills and Experience 

• University degree in Information Technologies/Computer Science or other technical education

• Experience in IT support of business systems will be considered as strong advantage

• Experience with SAP ERP, SAP S/4 HANA or other systems will be considered as an advantage

• Proficiency in English language

• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Excellent communication skills
