We are looking for a SAP FICO Trainer, motivated to learn, grow and advance in a culture that thrives on shared success, diverse ways of thinking and enables opportunities that can drive your career in new and exciting ways.

Responsibilities:

• Lead established trainings, prepare ‘tailored’ and roll-out trainings.
• Update training materials, prepare self-study materials.
• Deliver learning community services in own area.
• Update & enhance prepared training / user documentation.
• Participate in the design & preparation of e-learning & classroom courses, including knowledge assessment products.
• Deliver Standard Training in own area of expertise.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Business or Technical University Degree.
• Business experience in the respective functional area: Finance, Finance planning, Controlling and/or Treasury areas.
• Knowledge of best practices of end user training: user documentation, interactive tutorials, in-country trainers’ support, learning community services is an advantage.
• Open personality who enjoys delivering presentations; confident in explaining complex concepts in clear and structured manner.
• Enthusiastic about great customer service.
• Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and technical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency.

Experience considered an advantage:

• Practical system experience with SAP and experience with training in business solutions.
• Experience in SAP TRM and Cash Management, Cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning, BCM payments, IHC payments and payment interfaces.
