Responsibilities:

• Deliver ERP system support services for SAP FI application
• Delivery of routine task in project about SAP FI application
• Resolution and proactive management of systems problems
• Participate in the design & preparation of e-learning & classroom courses, including knowledge assessment products

Required Skills and Experience:

• SAP key user experience is a must
• Knowledge of business processes in FI area
• Ability to work in dynamic international environment, managing different types of tasks in the area of project delivery and support.
• University degree in Financial Accounting or IT / Computer Science or related field
• Superb communication & customer service skills
• Open personality who enjoys delivering presentations and is able to explain complex concepts in understandable and structured manner
• Practical system experience with SAP and experience in training of business solutions is a plus
• Knowledge of end user training methodologies: user documentation, interactive tutorials, in-country trainers’ support, learning community services is an advantage
• Enthusiastic about great customer service
• Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and technical thinking
