Responsibilities:

 

  • Delivery of Sales & Distribution solutions with focus;

  • Full implementation life cycle, including project preparation, blueprint, implementation, internal tests and user test support, GoLive and post GoLive support AND/OR Delivery of high level support;

  • Delivery of the highest level support services for SAP SD solutions, including sophisticated changes;

  • Collaboration with external partners and various business stakeholders to achieve successful completion of the project/solution changes;

  • Proactive identification and resolution of system problems to improve performance and prevent service deficiency;

  • Maintenance of user documentation: Functional Design Documents, Test Scenarios, User manuals, Development specifications, Solution Proposal Documents, etc.;

  • Implementation of System Security Standards and procedures;

  • Order-to-Cash (O2C) Setup: Configure standard, rush, and consignment orders;
  • Pricing Architecture: Design complex pricing scales, discounts, and rebates;
  • Logistics Execution: Manage picking, packing, and shipping point determination;
  • Manage picking, packing, and shipping point determination;
  • Billing & Invoicing: Configure standard invoicing, credit/debit memos, and intercompany billing.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • 3+ years professional experience in SAP Sales and Distribution consulting;

  • Ability to work in dynamic and multicultural environment handling various tasks in area of support and project delivery;

  • Positive attitude, innovative thinking and solid attention to detail;

  • Superb communication skills;

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English;

  • Phenomenal teammate, who looks for the success of the whole rather than the self and has ability to see the ‘bigger picture’
