What you will do on the job:

 

  • Support in management of demand-supply within resource management area
  • Requesting new resources, support coordination of resource approval process and reporting outcomes
  • Analyzing and managing resource requests in close cooperation with department heads
  • Data maintenance in the workforce management tool
  • Additional Operational Workforce Management activities according to defined processes
  • Contributing to needs and availabilities analysis in terms of staff

What are we on the lookout for:

 

  • Experience in Workforce/Resource Management or Human Resource area
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in German will be considered as an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Quick-learning skills especially in corporate processes areas
