Job Summary:
The Reporting and Automation Specialist supports operations by compiling and analyzing data to create reports that advise decision-making processes. This role designs and completes automated procedures presenting with systems to report business analytics and key indicators. The position requires monitoring, analyzing, and governing master, key, and relationship data within the organization. Identifies areas for enhancement and strives for continuous improvement and minimal manual intervention. Ensures requests are processed and fulfilled accurately and timely by collaborating closely with Transition and Change managers, requestors, and internal resources.
Job Responsibilities:
- Excel and technical optimization for day-to-day business
- Development and maintenance of recurring and ad-hoc reports and automation
- SAP reporting
- Support on Winshuttle and Power BI activities
- Ensures data integrity and quality
- Data transportation and consolidation
- Ensures requests are processed and fulfilled accurately and timely
- Acts as a link between Business and IT
- Handling non-standard requests
- Monitors key performance indicators and ensures service-level agreement commitments are met
- Supports direct manager with additional tasks
- Provides support and backup to direct manager and senior team members when needed
Job requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in relevant field (ex. supply chain, procurement, etc.) with a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
- BS/BA or advanced degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance / IT
- Power BI, Access, Queries, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Data Lake, or Winshuttle experience is a plus
- High level of English language skills, French will be considered an advantage
- Experience with SAP, Excel, and VBA, AI tooling knowledge is considered a plus
- Analytical and creative thinking with a focus on problem-solving
- Able to prioritize activities, identify and prevent risks
