Job Overview:

As a Recruiter, you play a central role in handling the core recruitment functions within the Atos organization. Your role involves efficiently using a combination of market insights and input from our recruitment partners to identify, evaluate, and shortlist the most suitable candidates! In close collaboration with business leaders, on-site recruiters, and HR partners, you will participate to finalizing the list of potential candidates. Your focus on delivering outstanding service will allow you to act as the primary liaison for candidates during the entire recruitment process.

In addition, you will be responsible for accurately recording applicant details in our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring the utmost quality in candidates' experiences during their recruitment process. Your responsibilities will be divided based on the following criteria:

  • Business sector
  • Technological expertise
  • Level of experience

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Serving as a consultant, you offer valuable mentorship to the organization.
  • Collaborating closely with local hiring and recruitment managers, you define the required skills and profiles for our job vacancies.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for candidates from the initial job posting to the offer stage, you represent Atos throughout the complete candidate experience.
  • Ensuring the creation of top-quality job postings that attract the most appropriate candidates for open positions is a key responsibility.
  • You source both technical and business-focused profiles through various channels, employing active sourcing, job boards, search platforms, social media, referrals, applications, and collaborations with agencies and headhunters for specialized profiles.
  • Providing insights for informed business recruitment decisions, by deeply understanding the market and competition through detailed analysis is important.
  • Responsibilities include screening and pre-selection of candidate profiles, employing assessment techniques, and closely aligning with business expectations and confirmed job criteria.
  • Conducting preliminary interviews with pre-selected candidates and arranging interviews with the business are part of the process.
  • Thoroughly managing job and candidate data within our recruitment tool to ensure swift and organized processing of all candidates is needed.
  • Providing support to hiring managers upon request for short-listing and final candidate selection is encouraged.
  • Taking ownership for meeting important metrics and SLAs is also outlined.
  • Participating in online career events with the business based on hiring location requirements might be vital.

Job requirements:

  • Possessing a minimum of three years' prior experience in both in-house and/or agency recruitment roles is a requirement.
  • Demonstrating a genuine passion for recruiting and a strong curiosity about staying abreast of the dynamic talent market is important.
  • Your background includes validated expertise in leading all aspects of the complete recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in data management and competence with various sourcing tools, channels, and applicant tracking systems is encouraged.
  • Effective collaboration with hiring managers and local recruitment counterparts is a defining strength.
  • Written and verbal proficiency in both German and English 
  • Exhibiting a customer-centric approach, exemplifying outstanding service, exceptional communication, and a proactive demeanor, is important.
  • The capability to directly source and engage passive candidates is valued.
  • Readiness to function within an international team is required.
  • Strong analytic skills
