Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure that the bidding process is properly executed, maintain discipline, relay the Industry governance and ensure quality of the content for proper Final Joint Authorisers’ decisions.
  • Be the process owner on Rainbow Bidding - decide how the process will be applied, taking both business and control requirements into account. Adjust and tailor the Review process to the bid at hand for efficiency as long as the control objectives are met (i.e. combination of Reviews).
  • Handle the Rainbow review process – scheduling of Reviews and invitations, ensuring right attendance, ensuring that the Review documents are presented in proper quality, ensuring that authorizers take decisions with all the necessary knowledge, etc.
  • Provide management reporting on opportunity status across the Group and also communicate, interact and join forces with other Business Assurance functions to limit contract and delivery weaknesses.
  • Actively participate to the definition of the Rainbow Group guidelines and related improvement plans and initiatives. Ensure that RBU/Industry staff and all Rainbow stakeholders are sufficiently trained on Rainbow process.
  • Issue and analyze different reporting in order to monitor the activity, to anticipate the next phases, to check the compliance with Rainbow rules and to report to the Group Bid Control.
  • Be the business partner for our Global Industry Head and Finance and Top Management (Group and/or RBU). As such, you will have close relationships with all rainbow stakeholders, including the Top Management.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's Business Administration, Economics or Finance.
  • Strong written and spoken skills in German and English. 
  • Experience in large international IT Services Company, either in IT Operations, finance and controlling, internal audit and compliance or in bid management.
  • Be a strong team player with good analytical skills, have the potential to act as a peer, coach and advocate to managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-cultural team with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills as well as professionalism in interactions with team members and/or other departments are critical.
  • Good technical background with tools such as Salesforce, SharePoint, Excel, etc.
  • Work hours flexibility will be required when necessary (time hours of the RBU/Cluster Country to work for and flexibility regarding business activity)
