We are searching for a Project Team Coordinator to join Bull’s operations and transformation environment, where we drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and enable smooth project delivery across key business areas.
In this role, you will coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, support tooling and process enhancements, and serve as a central link between operations, project teams, and IT to ensure successful project execution and stable system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across cross‑functional teams.
• Act as the process owner for assigned tools (e.g., Prisma Light, MyBDS), ensuring functionality, updates, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end testing processes, including test case creation, execution, and reporting.
• Support tooling optimization activities and ensure seamless integration into operational workflows.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise to Order Management and Supply Chain teams regarding process and tool usage.
• Investigate and resolve process or system issues; identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with project leads, analysts, IT, and operations to maintain alignment and ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and support risk identification and mitigation.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, process improvement, tooling support, or operational excellence.
• Experience in a shared services, supply chain, manufacturing, or IT environment is an advantage.

Skills&Competencies

• Experience with testing processes, test case creation, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of process flows, data management, and system behavior.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or workflow tools is a plus.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive, structured, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable interacting with both business and technical teams.
