Role Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with French to support our sourcing and purchasing activities, ensuring smooth and accurate execution of procurement processes.

You will play a key role in managing requisitions, purchase orders, supplier communication, and data accuracy, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and contributing to continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders (SAP / Ariba)
  • Validate order confirmations and monitor delivery and payment status
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on orders, updates, and issues
  • Support import/export activities and ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate and complete procurement data and documentation
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports; analyze data to support decision-making
  • Ensure requests are processed accurately and within agreed timelines
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when needed
  • Support financial closing activities and payment follow-ups
  • Handle non-standard requests and more complex cases
  • Contribute to process improvements and internal documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, Logistics, etc.)

 

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Operations
  • Good knowledge of SAP and/or Ariba
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Understanding of Finance and Logistics processes
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Ability to prioritize, manage risks, and solve problems
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-oriented and proactive approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • English & French (professional level)
