To support the growing needs of our customers and maintain a driven innovation lifecycle, we are recruiting highly motivated professionals eager to help customers strengthen their Digital Security though industrial security/cybersecurity.

As Portfolio Manager, you will be contributing to the offering success along its lifecycle, from market to sales enablement. You will be responsible for actions & collaterals required to promote the offering. In that purpose, you will interact with players contributing to the offering definition & management (portfolio manager, offering managers, product managers), with central or specialized marketing entities, and with sales and industry specialists.

Digital Security scope of offerings is wide and complex, addressing all industries, in several technical domains. Therefore, we are looking for fast learners able to catch the added value of an offering and to help deliver the right message to our customers and sales.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Offerings heads (Head of Portfolio, Offering Technology lead) for issuing new Digital Security offerings & associated collaterals, as defined in Atos’ process (define, design etc.)
  • Acquire knowhow about existing GBLs portfolios & targeted product & services roadmaps, in relation with the Digital Security Offering Technology Lead
  • Research or consolidate the market elements necessary to define the offer (size, segmentation, competition landscape, pricing …) and evaluate its ROI, in association with the central marketing, the portfolio manager and the industries,
  • Support portfolio managers in the offering definition, help identify opportunities of positioning
  • Support  portfolio managers in overseeing service & product development in GBLs
  • Take over actions related to the promotion of the offering in relation with Marketing Teams
    • Plan the sales enablement, webinars, CIW …
    • Attend & animate the sessions, in association with the portfolio manager,
    • Ensure post-mortem follow up (broadcast of documents, questions & answer, feedbacks consolidation…)
    • Collect market feedbacks
  • Support business development & pre-sales in deals

 

SKILLS

To successfully meet the challenges of this job function, the successful candidate will have the following skills:

 

  • Market intelligence - Demonstrate knowledge of Digital Security market and competition; Analyze market & competition.
  • Sales-minded communication - Convey information clearly and persuasively and provide the right messaging to help sales making buying decision ;
  • Communication - Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written skills. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset – appreciate team work, promote the dissemination of information, be comfortable speaking in groups;

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing & communication. Ideally with a background in cybersecurity and/or critical industries.
