For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC), located in TSUM Business Center Sofia, we are looking for a Payroll and Administration Specialist (Hybrid).

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • To collect, sort, check, and send monthly information needed for payroll calculation to external accounting vendor: sick leaves, holiday leaves, bonuses, deductions, additional payments, compensations, additional health insurance, sport cards, overtime, etc.
  • Active work with specialized working hours and shifts software and internal HRM system
  • Sustain actual and correct documentation related to the personnel administration and monthly payroll
  • Support the personnel administration process
  • Communication with employees and external vendors in regards with the payroll & admin process

 

Requirements:

 

  • 1+ years of experience in the human resources area (payroll and admin) and/or Accounting;
  • University degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Economics and/or equivalent practical knowledge
  • Good knowledge of the Bulgarian legal framework, related to labor law and social security
  • MS Office; excellent command of Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English
  • Can-do attitude and ability to easily adapt to dynamic working environment.
