We are searching for an experienced Order Management Specialist with French to join Bull’s Operations team, where we support high‑quality order delivery, operational excellence, and strong customer experience across the full order‑to‑cash cycle.
In this role, you will manage complex order workflows, ensure accurate processing in ERP systems, coordinate with multiple teams, and maintain strong communication with customers and internal partners.
 
 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Process and validate Sales Orders in SAP, including order entry, updates, and confirmations.
  • Request SO creation upon PO reception and issue order acknowledgments to customers.
  • Monitor order status with production and scheduling teams and coordinate delivery dates.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order progress, delays, or changes.
  • Follow up on Purchase Orders and ensure all internal systems remain accurate and up to date.
  • Execute timely and accurate invoicing and ensure correctness of financial data (costs, revenue, backlog, WIP).
  • Support forecasting and closing cycles (month‑end, quarter‑end, year‑end) with order‑related inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, corporate policies, and accounting standards.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for Business Analysts and assist with more complex operational topics.
  • Provide support and backup to the direct superior when required.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Languages, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Operations.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (required).
  • Experience working in a shared services or multinational environment is an advantage.
  • Strong ERP/SAP system knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and understanding of order‑to‑cash workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset and customer‑focused approach.

 

Languages: Fluent in French and English

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting end‑to‑end financial processes.
  • Familiarity with forecasting, reporting, or operational dashboards.
