Order Management Specialist Intern

We are offering a 6-month paid internship program.  

Role and Responsibilities 

• Performing day-to-day operational and administrative activities for the Big Data & Security Spare Parts team.
• Responsible for tracking purchase orders, follow-up, ongoing management and reporting within existing guidelines and policies.
• Working closely with other team members in the Spare Parts team. 
• Management of Purchase Order data, changing requested delivery dates, changes in quantity order, agreed delivery dates, pricing changes etc.
• Daily/ weekly/ monthly reports.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards as required.
• Any additional or ad-hock tasks as requested by the direct superior.

Required Skills and Experience 

• Proficient French and Language skills (B2 level)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Finance / Supply Chain or Language (French)
• Knowledge of MS Office and good understanding of Excel
• Great networking & communication skills to navigate with peers and management
• Quality-oriented and well-organized, team player, proactive and anticipative
