Job Summary

 

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the local operational performance and efficiency, ensuring the smooth functioning of business operations, facilities and administrative services. You will drive operational excellence through effective management of contracts, service delivery, procurement, facilities, and internal support functions.

 

The Operations Manager plays a key role in translating the company’s strategic objectives into operational plans while ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost control. This position collaborates closely with local and global leadership, operational teams  and external partners to maintain high service standards and support business growth within our location. The role also ensures compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee the overall operational activities of the organization, including project and service delivery monitoring, procurement, asset management, facilities and administrative support functions.
  • Manage the operational budget and financial performance, including forecasting, cost control and monitoring of operational KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Ensure the efficient management of company facilities and workplace services, including maintenance, health and safety compliance, security, space management, and office infrastructure.
  • Lead and coordinate vendor and contractor management, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.
  • Support business development and operational strategy execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality and workplace experience.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements, while effectively managing operational risks and urgent issues.
  • Coordinate and lead a team to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including operational optimization, process standardization and initiatives.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in administration and operations management, business operations, or project management, including managing complex operational challenges and driving organizational change. People management experience.
  • Fluent English with strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong business and financial knowledge, with experience in budgeting, performance monitoring and KPI management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in team and stakeholder management, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration, with a results-oriented mindset and focus on operational excellence.
