Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the overall operational activity of the company, namely: contract management, PMO and controlling,  purchasing and supply management, fixed asset management, reception, and other activities related to the normal functioning of the company.
  • Responsible for the budget and profitability of the enterprise (i.e., revenue, costs, margins), including budget forecasting, updates, and monitoring of actual data.
  • Makes decisions within assigned authority and applicable regulations.
  • Prepares and participates in monthly performance reviews at the local and/or global level (KPIs, financials, operations), manages savings forecasting, updates, and follow‑ups.
  • Communicates the company’s vision and translates it into business objectives for employees.
  • Ensures the correct strategy for resource planning.

 

Additional Duties:

 

  • Provides support and assistance to business development teams through existing contracts (expansion/renewal) or through new agreements.
  • Participates in bids within the scope of the business.
  • Participates in defining the company’s strategy and is responsible for its implementation, including overall management of the innovation process and the technology lifecycle.
  • Manages operations the company, including related units, and optimizes internal delivery centers; supports Lean projects within the company.
  • Participates in the definitions of the delivery model and oversees commitments for the company.
  • Improves service quality together with service delivery managers and service line managers.
  • Ensures compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements within the company, including activities such as procurement strategies, architecture, and portfolio.
  • Maintains relationships, negotiates, and agrees cost prices with suppliers in cooperation with the Purchasing department within the GBU.

 

Organizational Relationships:

 

  • The position reports directly to the head of the company.
  • Organizational relationships are established the management of the company, as well as with all employees.
  • Maintains contact with external managers, experts, and clients regarding project execution.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • Proven experience in managing complex issues, working with the business to manage organizational change, and ability to operate at a strategic level.
  • Excellent business and financial understanding.
  • Strong focus on results and execution.
  • Project management and change management skills.
  • Good understanding of BG legislation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Solid experience in influencing and coaching managers to maintain high business results through employee motivation and engagement.
  • Ability to work across local, regional, global, and industry boundaries.
  • Analytical and flexible problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior leaders in different cultures.
  • Ability to understand the “big picture” and translate requirements into specific KPIs.
