Responsibilities
- Perform online monitoring and basic troubleshooting of critical applications on a 24x7 basis
- SAP Systems availability and performance (ERP, CRM, APO, Portals)
- Business Transactions availability and performance
- Windows Servers availability and performance
- Resolve issues with the interfaces between different SAP and non-SAP systems
- Complete daily checks on critical system parameters based on pre-defined criteria
- Execute repetitive tasks based on standard procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution to users through the Service Desk ticketing system, e-mail and/or by phone
- Work on shifts
Required skills and Experience
- Third/last year student or recent graduate in the fields of Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or Management
- Experience in IT support role would be considered an advantage
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communicator
- Customer-service oriented
- Active and participative team player
