You will act as a strategic partner to the business, owning the design and delivery of learning and development solutions that support business priorities. The role ensures that training programs are aligned with stakeholder needs and are effectively deployed to drive capability development and performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, including needs analysis, design and planning, deployment, evaluation of outcomes.
- Ensure training initiatives are delivered within agreed budget and timelines and in alignment with the training roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, business leaders, operations, vendors) to ensure successful execution of learning initiatives.
- Monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement based on feedback, data, and business impact.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in German and English language
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions
- Experience in learning program design and deployment (good to have, but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning processes (good to have, but not mandatory)
- Organizational and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with focus on impact measurement
