Role Overview

 

We are looking for a International Mobility Senior Specialist to manage end-to-end global mobility processes, supporting international assignments across Bull SAS globally.

The role operates across strategic, operational, and administrative levels, combining policy design with hands-on execution. You will act as the go-to expert for global mobility topics, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a strong employee experience.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

International Assignment Management

Manage end-to-end international assignments, including transfers, international hires, and localization. Ensure accurate data is maintained in mobility systems, support reporting and audits, and ensure full compliance with immigration, tax, and legal requirements across all cases.

 

Policy Implementation

Develop and maintain global mobility policies, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and local regulations. Monitor regulatory changes, adjust processes accordingly, and support cost projections and compliance frameworks while clearly communicating policies and benefits to employees.

 

Vendor Coordination

Work closely with external vendors, including immigration, relocation, tax, and legal providers, ensuring smooth service delivery. Oversee vendor processes, track services and payments, and continuously monitor and optimize performance and costs.

 

Employee Support

Act as the main point of contact for employees on international assignments, providing guidance on relocation, immigration, and benefits. Support employees and their families throughout the full assignment lifecycle to ensure a smooth experience.

 

Compliance & Reporting

Stay up to date with changes in immigration and tax regulations and ensure accurate tracking of mobility data and compliance status in internal systems.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to international mobility.

 

Risk Management

Identify and mitigate risks related to international mobility and escalate issues when needed.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in International / Global Mobility
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end international assignments and mobility processes
  • Good understanding of mobility tools and systems (e.g. SharePoint)
  • Experience working with external vendors (immigration, relocation, tax)
 

Key Skills

  • Solid understanding of global immigration laws, tax implications, and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, managers, and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, including complex international relocation cases
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Nice to have: Basic understanding of written French.
