We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented International Mobility Support Intern to join our Global Services Center and support our International Mobility (IM) team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global HR processes, compliance, and international assignments.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the coordination of international assignments and employee mobility processes
- Collect, verify, and maintain important employee and assignment data in internal systems
- Assist in preparing and reviewing documents and forms to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Help maintain up-to-date records and ensure all data is handled with confidentiality
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth processes
- Support communication with stakeholders and provide updates on assignment status
- Assist with reports, cost estimations, and compliance documentation
- Learn and apply global mobility policies, processes, and regulations
What we are looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Solid language skills in German or French with proficiency in English
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Interest in working in an international environment
