Are you ready to kickstart your HR career? Eviden is looking for a motivated intern eager to dive into the world of HR in a global and international company.  

We are offering a 6-month paid internship program.  

Role and Responsibilities 

• You will play a vital role in designing internal branding campaigns for our Global HR Shared Services organization 

• Create video campaigns and communicate them across our internal platforms 

• Collaborate with colleagues from all levels in the organization to create engaging and interesting content 

• Write scripts and organize fun events for our colleagues in the HR Hub

• Make eye-catching designs for posters that will be used internally for all types of initiatives 

• Report on progress to stakeholders and gain basic project management skills

Required Skills and Experience 

• English - at least B2 level  

• Strong written and spoken communication skills  

• Creative Graphic Design skills 

• Experience in video conceptualization, shooting and editing is a strong advantage

• Knowledge of storytelling best practices is a strong plus 

• Ability to adjust to branding principles and translate them into designs 

• Any demonstrable previous projects completed will be a plus
