Role Overview
We are looking for an Intercompany Master Data Management Specialist to support master data governance, data quality, and contract management activities across the organization. This role focuses primarily on maintaining and governing finance and supply chain master data while also supporting contract administration processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, compliance, operational efficiency, and timely fulfilment of business requests.
Key Responsibilities
• Process requests for the creation, update, and maintenance of master data records
• Maintain and govern finance and supply chain master data, including customer, vendor, and product-related information
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across systems through monitoring, validation, and issue resolution
• Support the maintenance of business structures, classifications, pricing information, exchange rates, and other key operational data
• Manage data lifecycle activities, including updates, consolidations, and organizational changes
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues, exceptions, and complex requests
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure requests are processed accurately and within agreed timelines
• Develop and maintain process documentation, reports, and operational guidelines
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to the achievement of service level commitments
• Prepare, review, maintain, and archive contracts and related documentation throughout the contract lifecycle
• Coordinate contract approvals, amendments, renewals, and expirations while ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual obligations
• Support stakeholders with contract-related inquiries, reporting, and risk identification.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Master Data Management, Contract Administration or a similar field
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills are considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

• English (professional working proficiency)
• French is considered an advantage
