  • Support the deployment and execution of International Mobility assignment processes for the Netherlands (assignment lifecycle, immigration, tax, legal- including posted worker legislation, social security, insurance).
  • Deploy employees on the applicable International Mobility policies by collaborating closely with the business to figure out best suited mobility assignment.
  • Support the business/HR/recruitment in understanding mobility policies
  • Guide, educate and collaborate with internal stakeholders on Dutch immigration matters and compliance, processing requirements and the ability to acquire work permits for new hires, international transfers and assignees.
  • Initiate and coordinate immigration applications for visa/ work permit / residence permit application.
  • Responsible for supporting the enrichment of the employee experience while on assignment in / to the Netherlands
  • Responsible for maintaining the relationship between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with local partners for mobility matters
  • Analyze industry trends, standard methodologies and labor market developments.
  • Participate in international mobility-related projects
  • Support vendor management including relationship management, cost optimization and improved performance.
  • Manage, maintain and supervise assignment management documents in Assignment Pro and related information around it
  • Support a global process with respect to immigration and tax and legal related risks and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with tax providers, Atos stakeholders and International Mobility Teams in respect of tax compliance services.
  • Work in partnership with the International Mobility Teams across all regions.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tax and Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent degree
  • Extensive working experience within the field of international assignments, global mobility or expatriate management within large multinational organization or in a client facing consulting role
  • Understanding of standard tax, social security, labour law and immigration regulations applicable to internally mobile employee.
  • Knowledge of Dutch tax and legal rules would be a plus.
  • Understanding of payroll topics applicable to international assignments
  • Understanding of compensation and benefits matters, with experience in dealing with international assignment packages
  • Intermediate / Advance Excel skills
  • Proficient in English and other language desirable (Dutch is strong advantage)
