The Human Resources Support (HRS) provides support and information to different organizational functions, such as employees, managers, etc. The main scope of the position is within the administrative part and the tasks, which are included in this document below: 

 

Responsibilities:

  • To collaborate with the HR Advisory Team in the country and the Team Leads in the Shared Service Center.
  • To actively participate in the daily operational activities of his/her team
  • To Manage and Dispatch group emails and Ticket System
  • To process Tickets of standard processes, e.g., Amex credit card, Mastercard; HR topics related to the exit process
  • To Support the record, follow-up, and closure of specific cases.
  • To support operationally in selected personnel-relevant standard topics, e.g.– reimbursement after a long sickness, EPA, etc
  • Perform benefits administration, review benefits with employees, and process enrollment, cancellations, changes, etc.
  • To implement individual personnel measures: Restructuring in the HR Area Germany etc.
  • To assist employees in answering their questions related to HR Policies and procedures
  • To propose optimization and simplification of the processes leading to faster and better service quality
  • To maintain reports, logs, and spreadsheets, relevant to the daily operational activities.
  • To provide service delivery spreadsheets, relevant to the daily operational activities.

 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • BPO experience is an advantage
  • Dedicated, independent with good prioritization skills
