The Human Resources Support (HRS) assure the support, in the administrative domain, to the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The HRS takes care of divers’ aspect of HR, from the personal administration, to the trainings, as well as any other subject cover by the HRBP.

As our French HRS team is growing in Sofia, we are looking for fresh additions! As you join Atos, you will benefit from of multiples trainings to help you be operational and have a good perspective of the challenges of our Global Shared Services Center.

 

Daily tasks:

  • Assist HRBP with all the administration processes (recruitment, integration period, training, days off and sick leaves, internal movements)
  • Collaborate with the managers and HRBP
  • Active support on the reports and KPI
  • Participate in various HR projects
  • Active participation to the development of the French HR service

 

Required Profile

  • Coming from a higher education in HR would be an advantage
  • A B2/C1 French level
  • Proficient in English
  • Dynamic, curious, and phenomenal teammate
  • Motivated to learn and grow
  • Positivity and proactivity will be a good asset for your success in Atos
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel) will be appreciated
