The Human Resources Support (HRS) assure the support, in the administrative domain, to the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The HRS asssists in a of diverse spectrum of HR activities- from the personal administration, to the trainings, as well as any other subject covered by the HRBP.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the HRBP with the administration processes (talent acquisition, integration period, training, days off and sick leaves, internal movements)

  • Collaborate with the managers and HRBP

  • Providing support for regular and ad hoc reports 

  • Participation in various HR projects

  • Active participation to the development of the French HR service in Sofia

 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • Proficiency in French and English

  • Motivation for learning and growing

  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel etc.) 

  • University degree in Human Resources is an advantage

  • Understanding of French labor law is an advantage
