Join our Local HR Team as HR Support Intern and get hands-on experience with both operational and people-focused tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a strong HR foundation in an international corporation.

You’ll work closely with other HR colleagues, support employees throughout their lifecycle, and help shape engagement initiatives that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the HR team with employee-related documentation, administration and core HR processes.
• Learn how HR works in practice by gaining hands-on exposure to processes aligned with Bulgarian labor legislation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on topics for employee benefits and HR services.
• Play an active role in employee engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience.
• Support surveys, feedback activities, and HR analyses to help us continuously improve.
• Contribute creative, people-focused ideas to strengthen company culture and employee experience.

What We Are Looking For:

• Students or recent graduates with an interest in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the confidence to interact with people from different levels.
• Extracurricular activities, projects, or volunteering are a strong advantage.
• A people-oriented personality who enjoys connecting, listening, and collaborating.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose fresh ideas.
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office suite with a tech-savvy approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with confidence and a positive attitude.
