  • Compile accurate reports for the Service Delivery Teams to support different projects and/or business as usual activities;
  • Coordinate the Reward activities such as recognition programs, additional health insurance, long service awards, etc.;
  • Liaise with managers for action required in line with the HR process (e.g. Salary reviews);
  • Assist with Exit Interview process;
  • HR supplier management activities;
  • Coordinate and administer volunteering/charity activities;
  • Maintain the required checks to ensure internal HR process compliance
  • Administer surveys as and when required. Sending survey link to relevant employee groups, collating results and compiling factual reports to drive future decision making and process reviews
  • Serve as point of contact for relevant parties / providers regarding various requests including but not limited to; salary review, company cars etc.
  • Coordinate HR projects
  • Other ad hoc activities related to fuel cards, courtesy deliveries, additional employee benefits, etc.


  • Proficient English and excellent communication skills both oral and written to ensure positive and effective delivery of information;
  • Excellent MS Excel skills – be able to use pivot tables, generate reports and use VM Lookups; good use of MS Powerpoint and Word
  • Must be organized and have excellent attention to detail, as well as planning skills;
  • Management of large amounts of data, ensuring accuracy;
  • Team spirit and adaptability;
  • Must be conscientious of confidentiality;
  • Ability to follow documented processes and meet deadlines.
