Do you thrive on organization, precision, and supporting people behind the scenes? As an HR Specialist for France, you’ll play a key role in shaping a smooth and positive employee experience from day one to their very last day.

 

You’ll be the go-to person for seamless HR operations — managing onboarding, payroll inputs, documentation, and employee queries.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, contract changes, leave management, absences, terminations, sustainable mobility, bonuses, offboarding, and other HR-related matters.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate HR documentation (contracts, certificates, amendments...).
  • Update and ensure data integrity in HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Nessie).
  • Liaise with the Payroll team and external partners to ensure accurate processing of employment changes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees in the French market.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with French labor law, GDPR, and internal HR policies.
  • Handle sensitive employee data with a strong commitment to confidentiality and data protection.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, external providers, and other stakeholders to support HR operations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share knowledge with team members.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, personnel administration, payroll, employee engagement, etc.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (NESSIE, SuccessFactors); ticketing tools like ServiceNow are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English & French.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Service-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
