You will lead continuous improvement efforts, improve the employee experience, and work closely with collaborators throughout the business!

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Promote continuous development efforts to refine HR processes and boost service delivery.
  • Find opportunities for automation and implement solutions that increase efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize HR workflows and eliminate process redundancies.
  • Build and maintain quality assurance frameworks to ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality HR services.
  • Conduct regular process and data audits, implement corrective actions where needed, and track the progress of improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the document controller for HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency, governance, and adherence to established standards across HR operations.
  • Define, assess, and improve HR service benchmarks and SLAs, ensuring consistent performance and operational excellence.
  • Analyze trends, perform root cause analysis, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders, GEO teams, and key stakeholders to align HR service improvement actions with delivery objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations through HR analytics and performance reporting.
  • Promote best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the HR function

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Excellence, or HR Process Improvement.
  • Solid knowledge of HR procedures and service delivery frameworks.
  • Experience driving process optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Knowledge of benchmark and SLA management, performance monitoring, and quality assurance practices.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and data governance principles.
  • Excellent collaborator, management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across different levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
