You’ll be the go-to person for seamless HR operations — managing onboarding, payroll inputs, documentation, and employee queries.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage core HR processes: onboarding, payroll inputs, data updates, benefits, and offboarding.
- Keep employee records accurate and compliant in systems like SAP (SuccessFactors), PISA (ServiceNow) and Employee Central.
- Prepare and manage key HR documents (contracts, certificates, records).
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via ticketing tools and email.
- Escalate complex cases when needed and ensure fast, reliable resolutions.
- Stay compliant with HR policies, GDPR, and local labor laws.
- Spot opportunities to simplify processes and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with other HR teams and escalate complex cases when needed, ensuring employees always get the help they need.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or personnel administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Employee Central, SuccessFactors); ticketing tools like ServiceNow are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English & German.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Service-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
